Willamette Valley, Oregon
Müller-Thurgau may not be a varietal that is widely seen in the US, but the warn days and cool nights of the Willamette combine to bring out this grapes best. Clear, medium-pale intensity, bright gold color. Clean nose with medium aromas of honeysuckle, pear, apricot, peach, ripe tropical fruits and spice. Medium-dry on the palate with medium body and acidity. This wine has enough richness to handle heavier seafood and chicken dishes but is light enough to handle more subtle flavors.
